WAYNE COUNTY

Wayne County is home to the city of Richmond and Earlham College.  Wayne County is the eastern terminus for the Indiana portion of the northern branch of the coast to coast American Discovery Trail.  This trail crosses Indiana as it winds it way up and over to Lake County where it exits the state west. The east fork of the Whitewater River flows south through Richmond, creating beautiful scenery at Veterans Memorial Park and Bicentennial Park.
